Biff Wellington
Biff Wellington is a genius slash martyr to be. Hailing from the great West he paints not for man but for the Triumphant Golden water Eagle of the Southeast river of the Great Sierras. Biff is said to be a former Freemason elder, what is known about biff is he was born in a cabin on the border between Nevada and California; his birth place can be said to be both states. Biff has had no prior schooling in art but has self taught him self and now lives in the Mojave dessert, were he paints and works as a custodian for the local air force base.
